ALCT-EO1-V is an advanced electro-optical characterizing system for display devices. System components:
The following components and accessories are included in the ALCT-EO1-V standard scope of delivery, if not explicitly marked as optional components or accessories.
Temperature control:
HCFA100: High precision hot & cold Forced air system for sample temperature control, temperature range -45 °C to +85 °C
TS106(optional): Thermo Electric Cooler with temperature controller MK2000, temperature range -35 °C to +85 °C
Light sources:
H-150: light source with halogen/incandescent lamp
S-3000(W) (optional): light source with LED
S-5000(optional): light source with LED, for higher light output
Light measuring devices:
PD04: fast photo detector with high dynamic range measurement
Flame-T: spectrometer, 200 to 850 nm; 3648 pixels, linear silicon CCD array
DUT driving:
ALCT: arbitrary signal generator with 1 or 3(optional) analog output channels (depending on basic system variant); standard and user defined signal waveforms
Software:
winlc2: administration, configuration and control of the instrument, definition and management of measurement sequences, evaluation and representation of measurement results
wintemp2: temperature control with programmable command sequences
