The HP1000V-PS1 is an advanced and highly customizable benchtop probing station with modular components to fit a variety of needs. The base model includes a 1000°C heating core capable of precision temperature control under vacuum or ambient conditions. Four independent electrical probers with XYZ micromanipulators allow for prober movement while maintaining vacuum.
The 45mm viewing aperture on the chamber lid provides excellent optical access of the entire sample area, and is compatible with a wide range of optical analysis tools. The HP1000V-PS1 comes affixed to a heavy-duty aluminum baseplate with mounting points for tube-microscope systems, and handles for portability. An anti-vibration table or VVR1 vibration reducer is recommended, but not strictly required depending on the vacuum system.
Upgrade to the HP1000V-PS1+ fully customizable model to add or remove probers, change electrical feedthrough types, add RF probers with rotational control, high vacuum compatibility, larger sample areas, and more!
