Modular vacuum chamber with optical access
The HP1000V-PSRF is an advanced probe station capable of probing DC and RF devices in the most challenging environmental conditions. A ceramic Ø12mm sample area provides sample temperature control from room temp up to 1000°C with rapid heating rates and exceptional cycling time. Integrated water-cooling prevents the chamber from heating up under operation, and aid in thermal management for the RF probers. The HP1000V-PSRF pushes the boundaries of RF prober capabilities enabling RF probing up to 800°C under specific operating conditions and sample preparations.
The vacuum-tight chassis can be configured with up to 6x probers, either DC or RF and up to 2x KF vacuum flanges for easy connection with existing vacuum systems. Unlike many probing systems, the chamber is capable of operating continuously at the maximum temperature in either vacuum, ambient, or controlled gas-purge conditions. The standard ultimate vacuum rating of 9.9*10-3 mBar can be upgraded to support HV.
The heavy-duty aluminum baseplate includes mounting points for tube-microscope systems and handles for portability. An Anti-vibration table or VVR1 vibration reducer is recommended, but not strictly required depending on the vacuum system.
