DESCRIPTION
The PSM-VP4 is a useful accessory for Instec thermal chucks which use suction grooves to secure samples to the thermal area. The VP4 consists of a small but powerful suction pump, split into 4 inputs, each independently controllable via toggle valves. When powered on, the optimal suction zone for any given sample can be selected, and the VP4 will provide suction to secure samples onto the chuck surface.
The VP4 is a convenient method for applying suction power to any Instec system with multiple suction grooves for securing samples.
