DESCRIPTION
This HP1000V+ High temp thermal plate is truly a one-of-a-kind termperature control solution. The plate has a horizontal sample area with vertically oriented ports and service cables, which gives the plate a unique profile and capabilities. The upper temperature limit of 1000°C is possible without having to apply a vacuum to the two KF vacuum ports. An upper thermal block, which is connected to the water cooled frame, can be utilized to apply a large thermal gradient across the sample. The sample area is adjustable to accomodate different sample sizes and ensure good contact between the sample and thermal blocks. Cubic samples up to 25mm per side are supported. The plate frame supports watercooling on both the lid and base, protecting fragile instruments and keeping the 31.75mm diameter observation window cool even at 1000°C in regular atmospheric conditions.
