DESCRIPTION
This customized HCP402SG-PM+ was designed for testing multiple electrical devices simultaneously at sub-zero temperatures. This miniature probe station has 8 coaxial electrical feedthroughs, LN2 cooling ports, and a fully gas-tight chamber. Atop the 2" by 2" sample area sits a customized sample holder and conducting plates, which allow for electrical access to both sides of up to four coin-cell batteries.
