DESCRIPTION
A modification of the HCP622G thermal plate, this custom project added the following additional features:
1. 4 coaxial feedthroughs for electrical probing
2. Convenient internal screw terminals
3. Extra-Wide 55mm observation window
4. Custom mounting adapter
This thermal plate also includes gas-purge capabilities, a low-noise heating element for precision electrical measurments, and support for Instec's LN2 cooling system.
