The TP102V-MPS (V20.20.01) is a compact benchtop probing station with modular components that can be customized for nearly an application.
The TP102V-MPS base model contains a TP102V 40mm x 40mm thermoelectric core, capable of heating and cooling between -40°C and 150°C. Thermoelectric heating and cooling provides precision temperature control with incredible stability, and without the need for consumable cryogens. An appropriate water-cooling system is always included, with optional upgraded water-cooling systems available by request to increase the temperature range.
Four (4) or Six (6) independent electrical probers are positioned via external XYZ micromanipulators, and can be re-positioned without having to open the vacuum tight chamber. Micromanipulator 10um movement resolution is suitable for electrical pads larger than 30um x 30um. The 45mm viewing aperture on the chamber lid provides excellent optical access of the entire sample area, and is comptatible with a wide range of optical analysis tools. The TP102V-MPS can even be mounted directly to an upright microscope to combine temperature control, atmospheric control and electrical probing capabilities into a single instrument.
