The HCP421V-PM is a vacuum tight, temperature-controlled probing station capable of heating and cooling between -190C and 400C. 4 independent electrical probers are manually positioned onto the sample, which rests on a 28mm x 30mm silver thermal block. Electrical heating provides precision temperature control up to 400C under vacuum or ambient conditions, while Instec's optional LN2-P system enables sample cooling via LN2 circulation down to -190C.
The HCP421V-PM vacuum-tight chamber is rated to 10^-3 mBar for prevention of condensation or oxidation while heating/ cooling. The chamber also supports a positive-pressure gas purge up to 0.5 Bar for reactive gasses or humidity control.
Upgrade to the HCP421V-PM+ model to access advanced customization options such as additional electrical feedthroughs, triaxial/ SMA connector options, custom lids and much more.
Upgrade to the HCP421V-PMH non-paramagnetic non-paramagnetic probing chamber to perform Hall Effect studies with simultaneous precision temperature control and atmospheric control.
